Children's
A note from Big John
Why You'll Want to Read Aubree's Sky Adventure
This is an aviation-themed children's story inspired by my granddaughter Aubree and my love of flying. The story introduces young readers to the wonder of flight through Aubree's eyes, blending adventure, imagination, and aviation lessons. It carries many of the same themes found in Dreams of Flight but written for children—curiosity, courage, learning, and chasing dreams.
About the Book
A heartwarming children's story about a little girl named Aubree with a big dream of flying, guided by the love and encouragement of her Papaw John.
Full of the warm Appalachian spirit that runs through all of Big John's writing, this story shows young readers that no dream is too high when you've got the right people in your corner.
